Ordering & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Every shirt is printed to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for production before it ships. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
How much is shipping?
Flat rate of $5.99 within the US, free on orders over $75.00.
Where's my order?
Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If it's been more than 10 business days and you still don't have movement, email us at support@mudsoutdoors.com.
Do you ship internationally?
US only for now.
Product & Care
How do the shirts fit?
We print on two garments: the Comfort Colors 1717, a heavyweight garment-dyed tee with a relaxed fit, and the Bella+Canvas 3001, a lightweight classic retail fit. Both run true to size — check our size guide for exact measurements.
How do I care for the print?
Machine wash cold, inside-out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. No bleach, and don't iron directly on the print. Treat it right and it'll outlast your muddiest weekend.
Why does my shirt smell like vinegar?
That's normal for direct-to-garment printing — it's the fixation agent used to set the ink. It washes out completely after the first wash.
Returns & Problems
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email us a photo within 30 days at support@mudsoutdoors.com and we'll replace or refund it, free of charge.
Can I return it if I ordered the wrong size?
Each shirt is printed just for you, so we can't restock returns — double-check our size guide before you order. If we messed up your size, that's on us and we'll fix it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Every shirt is printed to order just for you, so you can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase — email us at support@mudsoutdoors.com. After 24 hours your order enters production and can no longer be canceled or changed.
