Terms of Service

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guarantee we'll fill it. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason — including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues on our fulfillment partner's end. If we cancel an order, you get a full refund.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout — we never see or store your card number.

Made-to-Order Products

Every item is printed on demand by our fulfillment partner once you place your order. Because each shirt is printed individually, slight variation in print placement or color between garments is normal and not considered a defect.

Shipping

Production takes about 3–5 business days, plus transit time from there. Those numbers are estimates, not guarantees — mud happens. See our Shipping & Returns policy for current rates and details.

Returns & Defects

If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it, free of charge. Because everything is made to order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind on size or color — check our size guide before you order. Full details live on our Shipping & Returns page.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and site content are owned by Mudsoutdoors. Please don't reproduce, reprint, or resell our designs without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted on this page.
